Learning Case and Project-based Model Methods: Challenges and Opportunities

چکیده

Abad ke-21 merupakan masa perubahan besar. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang sedemikian pesatnya menuntut mahasiswa harus mampu berpikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah secara efektif, kreatif, inovatif, komunikatif, kolaboratif. Salah satu cara untuk menjawab tantangan ini adalah dengan mengubah peran dosen dari pemberi informasi menjadi fasilitator berbagi pengetahuan pelatihan keterampilan pemecahan bagi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian studi kasus bertujuan menyelidiki peluang implementasi Case method Project-based pada pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi sebagaimana diamanatkan Keputusan Kementerian Pendidikan Kebudayaan tentang Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) yaitu terkait persentase mata kuliah S1 D4/D3/D2 menggunakan metode (Case method) atau berbasis proyek (Project-based). Partisipan dalam dosen. Observasi virtual wawancara dilakukan mengumpulkan data. Analisis data didasarkan teori Riessman (2008). Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 25% selalu mengimplementasikan case project-based learning, sedang 75% selebihnya kadang-kadang menerapkannya. Di samping mengungkapkan adanya beberapa (Project-based) tinggi.
